- South Africa: 2-3 business days to dispatch, then 2-5 business days for shipping.

- How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- South Africa: FREE over R2,400! R180 Standard, R300 Express.
- International: Contact us for a quote.
- Can I Track My Order? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.
- Help! I Entered My Address Wrong! Contact us ASAP at info@josdreamland.co.za
- Can I Pick Up My Order? Sorry, we're online only!
- Can I Send a Gift? Yes! Choose a different shipping address at checkout and add a gift message.
- Import duties, taxes and charges: These are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
*Please note, for any order that is shipped outside of South Africa, these will be shipped with our preferred courier partner. If dispatched via our courier partner, they will be handed over to the local delivery service when they arrive in their destination country.
