We want shopping with Jo’s Dreamland to be simple and straightforward. Here you’ll find answers to some of the questions we’re most often asked about ordering, sizing, our bedding and delivery. If you can’t find what you need, our team is always happy to help.

Ordering

How can I pay?

We accept secure online payments using the payment options available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at info@josdreamland.co.za. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Is an item in my cart reserved?

No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is only confirmed once checkout and payment have been completed.

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

We do our best to keep our online stock levels accurate. In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfil an item in your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the unavailable item.

Products & Sizing

Which bedding size should I choose?

Our bedding is made for commonly used South African bed sizes, including Single, Three Quarter, Double and Queen. Visit our Kids Bedding Size Guide for the exact measurements of our duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases.

Does a duvet cover set include the duvet inner?

No. Our duvet cover sets include the duvet cover and matching pillowcase(s) as specified on the individual product page. The duvet inner is not included.

Are Snuggle & Learn booklets included with every duvet cover?

Selected themed duvet cover sets include a Jo’s Dreamland Snuggle & Learn booklet, designed to encourage curiosity and conversation around the things children love. Check the individual product page under What’s Included to see whether a booklet is included with your chosen design.

What fabrics do you use?

Depending on the collection, Jo’s Dreamland bedding is made from bamboo, TENCEL™ or organic cotton. The fabric used is clearly shown on each product page, together with its specific benefits and care instructions.

How should I care for my Jo’s Dreamland bedding?

Care instructions vary slightly depending on the fabric. You’ll find the recommended washing and care instructions on each product page and on the care label attached to your bedding.
