Delivery: Standard shipping is R180 (typically 3–5 business days after dispatch). Express shipping is R300 (typically 1–3 business days where available). Continental Pillows and other bulky items have separate delivery rates shown at checkout.

Returns: We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible full-priced items, provided they are unused, unwashed and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
